Temple of The Vedic Planetarium Update

In February the Temple of the Vedic Planetarium team presented an update to ISKCON's Governing Board Committee (GBC).

The team writes, "The Temple of the Vedic Planetarium is not another preaching center, but actually Mahaprabhu's home...2016 is ISKCON's 50th anniversary and we would like to complete this temple and offer this to Prabhupada as our collective Guru Dakshina to him: gratitude for giving us this wonderful ISKCON society for the last 50 years."

Teaching Opportunity at Sri Mayapur International School

Sri Mayapur International School is known for its affiliation to Cambridge, its rigorous academics and excellent standard of achievement by students on Cambridge international exams. As devotee teachers and staff, we are inspired to see the personal transformations that are taking place in our students.  They are appreciating Srila Prabhupada's books and are applying the principles of Krishna consciousness in their lives.

Sri Mayapur International School requires the following teachers for August 2013:

1)      A year 3 teacher. We need a teacher for a mixed ability class of 17 eager-to-learn Krishna conscious children.  Experience in teaching this age group is essential.

2)      A middle school English teacher. If you have excellent spoken and written English skills and have experience in teaching 11-14 year-olds please apply.

We are situated right in the heart of ISKCON Mayapur with 208 enrolled devotee students. If you are interested in teaching in Sri Dham Mayapur for 10 months, please email the Principal Gunacuda dasi at gunacuda@yahoo.com  or phone +91 7602513516. We provide free accommodation, a modest stipend and lunch prasad. Remuneration is based on experience and qualifications.
